As CEO of JEnterprises, Mr. Shivers is a proud father of three, and a military veteran,
who specialized in the field of communications. He majored in Education at Huston-Tillotson University.
He is an accomplished craftsman. He has vast knowledge of carpentry and remodeling. He takes
pride in his workmanship, and conducts business professionally. He is a licensed General Contractor with
DBA, D&B DUNS number, registered in the CCR (Central Contractors Registry), and he loves his minority owned and operated
business.
He has also used his acquired knowledge to become a seasoned tax preparer for H&R
Block, as well as independently preparing taxes for individuals, families and small businesses.
He also consults in several fields in his spare time.

Each carpenter has experience.
We also have seasoned concrete layers available.

Melvin D. Gooden serves as an Information Technology advisor. Mr.
Gooden is from Bryan,
Texas
and has experience in web design and marketing,
consumer product training (software and computing fundamentals), home
networking and computer repair. He served in the United
States Navy and
resides in Austin.

| Victor, Owner, Turnkey Properties |
Victor Giraud is an architect for Turnkey Properties, and an excellent drafter. Hailing
from the University of Texas, Victor is indeed an asset to J Enterprises. Victor is experienced in all phases of
construction and remodeling. He is a youth minister at his church.

To Ken, nothing is more gratifying than being able to see his vision
of business ownership cultivate and eventually prosper. Ken currently offers a variety of software
